I was diagnoised with this horrible condition and I also have anxiety which makes it worse but the anxiety comes from the spasm pain! .

Back in February, I had a delayed allergic reaction to hydroxzyine, a drug I was told would help me with pelvic pain. I was an idiot and did not realize that shortness of breath was a sign of an allergic reaction, so I did not get off of it soon enough.  I went to the ER with heart attack like symptoms and stomach pain and they dismisssed me since I had no heart problems. After visiting the ER, we finally realized the hydroxzyine was causing my acid reflux issues.  Two months later and two different proton pump inhibitors I was still ill.  I changed Gastroenterologist and tested positive for SIBO which I've probably had for years. They also tested acid levels which are normal on ppis so I am still on them.  The worst test result was the Jack Hammer Esophagus Spasms which is incurable and probaly caused by my anxiety and panic attacks I had at the time. My SIBO has still not cleared up but the chest pain is the worst pain and nytroglecerins and peppermints do not help when the pain is constant.  Has anyone had Jack Hammer esophagus spasms and can offer any advise?   I am miserable.
