Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
I don't know how the Health System in your Country is, but did you already think about going into a hospital for a few days/weeks to check absolutely everything or doing a rehab?
Try white rice, oatmel, potatoes, sweet potatoes, steamed vegetables for some time and you should feel better. To drink absolutely no Coffee and Alcohol, just Tea or Water. I'm also looking into Ayurvedia and Chinese Medicine, maybe you can find a specialist of that near you.
