Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
You can eat Croissants for example, i have no problem with them and they have a lot of calories.

180s. This morning I stepped on the scale
and I was 160. I eat boiled chicken, some vegetables,
Activa yogurt and some other things. I hate this!!
I also drink high calorie beverages diluted with water. This helps me keep my weight steady at 122 lbs and (I'm 5'7).
