Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
I'm not sure I can help that much as I only take slippery elm and a daily probiotic. I use to make ginger root tea to sooth my belly in the early days.My greatest rule of thumb is when trying anything new try to get supplements with as few ingredients in them as a combo so you can better tell if one is causing an issue.
I'm sure others here will offer better advice as to the other medicines. I don't do PPI's so I can't help there.
