Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
But make sure you don't go malnourished for too long.
Take zantac at night and I personally recommend Pepzin Gi at the start of a meal at least twice a day and the other two after meals.
Some of your conditions might be being worsed by Gluten and Dairy and if you can avoid both you can help your gastritis too. Try it for a few months.
I hope this helps.
Back to the drawing board.
When my heart goes out of whack is usually because I have introduced something my inmune system does not like.....a lot of sugar....some medications...even the weather changes....gluten...too much dairy.
I recommend adding vitamin D through your diet and a high dose too ever since I added that I think I have seen some improvement. Omega 3 helps but it's hard to get it once you have gastritis.
