Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
Start taking PepZin GI, regardless of what the exact problem is.
Consider Mastic Gum (Chios and Jarrow are good brands). It has different effects on people, but it's the only natural solution to killing H. Pylori. It should be combined with probiotics taken at least an hour afterwards, however, as it is a localized antibiotic.

For me I'm pretty certain it is trapped gas in duodenum & a ppi side effect. My gallbladder has been tested numerous times & is fine.
I had to be off a ppi for a month prior to the stool antigen test. Whereas I could stay on a ppi for the tissue biopsy.
