Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
I can't find a group hug place so this is my own

Hope everyone is feeling well today. i will be on and off here all day, so if anyone want's to talk or need's some help or encouragement, just look me up, if not online, i will be later. I am also wondering, and Congratulations mobeen 42 for being healed of this horrible condition. That's so wonderful, i also would like to know what helped, I feel much better but only with my new medicine. Lynn i am so sorry that you have been in so much pain. Thanks for getting this group hug going. I think it's a good way to keep in touch or just give some love to the group. I'm giving you special hug's and encouragement in you're time of need, hope you are feeling better

Andy, i am so glad you are recovering, ,so that's the ausafigus that hurt's? i always wondered why i get that knot and what that was, thanks for cluing me in, i am sorry it can be quite painful indeed.

BLH123 Ya i vaguely remember being able to drink or throw back some bud light, but now i don't and can't drink, get really sick, pass out then get an attack, but i am also on many other med's that really don't mix with liquor. i'm not supposed to have caffeine but i need my coffee, 2-3 cups max, and NO more soda. I do miss a good coke a cola every once in a while. Nothin like a shot of Jimmy and a beer, Ah the memories, the puking, the hangover's, Don't miss those. Worked in bars most of my life, so i have the memories, i think, oh no, there gone. Think i had fun?
I am a all or nothin kinda gal. Ben sober for about 3 yrs now, no more than that,but it would be nice to have that option.OK rambling again. very long winded.
I wish i could do more for the group and all you wonderful people.
I have such an old computer, i can't down or upload anything and can only do maybe at the most 2 window's opened at once, bummer, i would love to do more and i wanted to include everyone who responded to the group hug.
