For the most part. If I have a flare up on A good day it might only last 10 minutes to an hour at most.

In the beginning, there are very few, if any, good days. I really did not have good days until about 4-5 months in.

It sucks, I could really use a good day.... I am losing my mind a little every day with this thing. Its really hard to focus, and I feel so depressed.

Yeah, me too, four months, I thought it would never end. Used to get up in the morning and the burning would be there, it was so disappointing. Pain, nausea, and light-headed feelings on and off during the day. Afraid to eat, ugh. Now I can eat more than I used to. Still no chili, or even spaghetti but a more varied diet where I don't have to worry if I'm getting enough nutrition and will my hair be falling out next.

So 4 months on the bland diet Sara before you started feeling better?

after a little over a year, where i thought that life would never be good again, and i experienced sickness like i had never felt before, i am now starting to have days where i am not very sick. though i spend most of the day on the couch.

the last two weeks or so about half the week has been days where i felt okay most of the day, and when i did feel sick it was not nearly as bad and it has given me hope that maybe in a few months time i will feel better and be able to live normal

It took a long time to get to the good day bad day part of my healing. I remember when it was moment by moment some days. My bad days with the gastritis are only if a new ingredient doesn't work out. I keep trying but have many old foods back now I'm cruising along.
