there is nothing out there sadly. I've often thought we should pool our resources and put one together. I've started putting a book together for gastritis sufferers that includes some of my own recipes. Trouble is every time I feel strong enough emotionally etc. to delve into the painful past I get pain. Its a long road.
I'm happy to share any recipes I've created.

I guess the reason there isn't a book for us is there are so many variations of what we can handle. I'm happy to msg you some recipes and ideas. Are you eating any meat?

Thanks soretum. I did order books on natural ways to avoid PPI and also one on acid reflex. I don't have GERD but figure there may be something useful in there. No, I don't eat mea and chickent, but do eat fish and seafood. Thanks...would love to see some suggested recipes and waht works for you.
