Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
Ok most of you know my story...
I've been having an anxious morning and have been reading the internet re gastritis and now I'm convinced I could have gastroparesis and everything I've read about it sounds horrible!!!!
My pain is subsiding but I do still have occasional nausea and bloating....Heartburn and indigestion seem to be gone, and I'm still not eating nearly anything compared to a normal day.
Are there any symptoms that can differenciate the two? I see my GP on the 25th and will mention it to him aswell.

Just keep a regimen, stay calm, do whatever it takes to stay grounded, take PepZin GI, and observe your progress.
Don't compare your condition to a "normal day". Compare how you feel today to how you felt two weeks ago. Appreciate the improvement, however slight, and appreciate yourself for soldiering on.
