Aw Muss! Hang in there. My doctor actually prescribed me an antihistamine that wouldn't hurt my gastritis but would help my anxiety calm down. She really wanted me to start taking Zoloft but I refused! Maybe ask your doctor about an antihistamine to help you!

Thankyou for your kind words...has it helped with your anxiety? My doctor said take the antibiotics for the next three days and then he will prescribe something for my anxiety...i hate being like this!

It definitely did help me calm down. I only took them when I really really needed to and felt I had no escape. Started helping within 30-45 minutes. I know how you're feeling and it really does get better, I promise. Let the antibiotic do its work. Do you have any good books to read?

I started a probiotic on Friday to help get rid of my thrush and it's currently causing me to have acid reflux, which is a normal side effect but it's uncomfortable and made me leave work. Needless to say, I'm skipping my dose of that tonight. It has me a bit anxious but I'm hanging in there because I know all of this is only temporary!

This is what i keep telling myself too...its only temporary...it takes time for the stomach to heal and i will get better! I started probiotic drinks too but stopped coz it felt it made it worse...now I'm just having simple foods! Miss chocolate so bad!

Chocolate is what got me here in the first place! Haha. Damn snickers. Probiotics do make you feel worse in the beginning, for a few days to a week until your body gets used to them. The long term benefits however, squash the short term pain and are worth it in my opinion. :)

One day we will both be able to look back and say thank goodness I made it through! :)
