Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
You may not realize that school and exams are stressing you out because at this point, you're probably pretty used to how these two factors make you feel. Your mind has become "numb" to the pressure. I imagine you do very well in school! However, this isn't good for your body!
Please, take my advice. Exercise has been proven to reduce stress levels, and making sure your have time for yourself to relax is an additional way of caring for yourself. There's no shame in studying 50 minutes to 1 hour less per day so that you can take care of yourself and help your body heal. Try it for a week and let me know how you feel after! :)
