Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
#1, of you google your symptoms constantly, stop.
#2, keep meditating. I like to do mine in the shower as the water helps me calm.
#3, exercise by getting your heart rate up for a minimum of 20 minutes a day. Do not take days off!
#4, take any tests from your doctor you need or want to give yourself peace of mind.
#5, I found a game called words with friends that helps keep my mind busy so I'm not constantly thinking about my pains!
#6, stress makes your pains worse. Stop stressing!
#7, eat super healthy. You'll feel good knowing you're giving your body what it needs.
#8, tell yourself that everything is going to be okay because it will be.
