I'm losing a lot of weight I'm smaller than I was in High School and that was ages ago. I'm about 113ibs. In HS I was 115ibs. Before gastritis I was 143ibs. Now I like that I lost but now I'm just getting too skinny! It's hard to eat I eat like a bird I had to see a nutritionist recently and she put me on some special drinks and other foods for this gastriits and problem. I'm glad your gaining, Id like to maintain at about 120ibs if I can get there! :)

it is such a struggle. weight gain is difficult for me under normal circumstance so i know this will take a long time. I figure it will be a year before I'm close to my old weight.
I hope the changes will help you gain some weight.
It is a cruel illness for sure.

Woo hoo again. Just weighed myself and I'm almost 50kg (just over 110 pounds) thats a couple of pounds of 8 stone. It feels so good to be consistantly gaining despite a rugged week just recently.

I only need another 4kg roughly (9lbs) to be at my end of year target so that should happen easily enough. I've gained 3kg in two months.

I'd never noticed how many adds there are for weight loss until I lost weight and my focus was on weight gain. I've never really had an issue about losing it as I've always been naturally thin.
Most days these adds don't bother me but I find myself changing the channel and thinking what about us thinnies who need to gain.
Well that's my venting for today.
