Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
I remember how excited I was when the scales went the other way. Onward and upward.
coconut oil i remember using this a lot back when i had gallbladder problems, it doesn't require bile for digestion and it is given to those in very bad digestive shape and are losing weight (colitis, gallbladder, etc). It may be the reason why you are gaining weight, glad you can handle it !
I have used coconut oil for cooking for the last year for health benefits but have started to have half a tsp daily and not sure if it is coincidence but my tummy is not giving me the same problems it did and I have put on half a stone!
I also use it for a mouth wash or pulling as it is called.
So pleased for you x
