I eat oatmeal or cream of farina for breakfast. Add thin slices of apple in the last. 5 min of cooking. You can use blueberries, banana, or papaya. Don't use butter or milk. I found that even lactose free products no good for me. You can drink herbal teas like camomile or lilcorice, add some honey to make it sweeter. Didn't drink bottled water, a lot of it produced by direct osmosis process and it is too acidic for us. Coconut water is really good for drinking for our condition and not too expensive

I have to eat high protein and low carb for other health reasons, so I eat medium poached eggs for breakfast with a slice of cheddar melted on them, then mushed up and a tbls of boiling water to make it very wet. I use a baby spoon to eat so I go slow as I hurt the most empty and too full.
Liquids - marshmallow root tea, flax "milk", unsweetened coconut milk. Twice a day I have a mix of flax milk, coconut milk and syntrax medical whey protein powder with a couple drops of vanilla extract for flavor.

I'm the same and find it hard to drink just plain water. I just bought a water infuser to try (hasn't arrived yet though so can't report on it). It lets you infuse fruits into the water (e.g. strawberries, cucumber) to give the water taste without any extra chemicals.
