Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.

Thanks for the list :) there are quite a few fruits on there that I wouldn't have though of especially the raspberrys and blueberrys.I am currently waiting for my endocopy to see if I have gastritis...and am keeping to a fairly bland diet...beef/chicken/lamb and just potatos and veggies. no dairy or spicy foods. I sneek in the odd packet of crisps and sweets otherwise stear clear of cake etc. I'm a bit too afraid to be too adventurous at the moment lol. But that list will really help :) thanks again.
