Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.

Its a struggle
Also eat yogurt everyday its good for the old stomach,
I Can Not eat anything with Spice right now...My Left side Lights up like Las Vegas IF I do...so am sticking to Foods with nothing on it cept a bit of salt and Fresh Garlic...he said No garlic, but that does Not bother me....and is a Natural Antibiotic...so I am Not giving it up...yet anyway...
As is Honey...I always use Honey as well, with my Tea, or on my Pork when I cook it...
I am Gonna get on top of this...I have had episodes where I swore I was just gonna DIE right there on the Toilet...Good Lord !!
Lets Just Calm ourselves...Get to Eating what is going to Make our Bellies HAPPY Again...A Happy Tummy is ALL I Strive for anymore !!
I Do Not Mind the Blander Foods...as it means No Pain for Me...
