Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
I haven't been on here for a while.... I'm so sorry you are suffering so much. What you posted was 8 days ago, how are you today? What about blood work? What does it show? How is your Liver? Have they ruled out gallbladder issues? Garden Of Life plant based protein powder mixed with blueberries and coconut water will keep you in nutrients.(get it at health food stores) Yes, I lost 40 lbs total in 3 months. I had it to lose. I could stand to lose more.
Please keep on your GI. Sounds like you can't afford to keep losing weight. Zofran helped with my nausea enough to help me get the protein smoothie down. Get on your doc for help.
