Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
I am just curious and see how it effects them.
I work a full forty hours a week. Most of the time over that.
When this first happened. I was barely able to concentrate at work but I somehow managed to do it. Probably fear of being fired and losing my health insurance.
I do feel that my stress at work plays much more of a bigger factor for my stomach than some foods, honestly. I would like to find another job but at he moment it is just not possible.

I had to take some time off when it got real bad....... Also a lot of time at doctors etc...
Work was one of my biggest stresses.. Just the thought of getting into the office everyday would get me anxious.
