Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.

I had 5 Ferrero Rochers...in a row...but it was earlier in the week. I was working like a mule on my mountain of paperwork and somehow it happened.

It's a week later and I still feel the effects. So good and so bad :(

My self discipline really slips when I feel better. Then I make myself sick.

What did you have?

I had a box of entenmanns popems donuts, the glazed kind. I felt a little bloated and achy, and I gained like 1 lb :)
