Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.

Chiropractor and HH and gastritis

Has anyone ever been to a chiropractor to deal with their hiatal hernia and/or gastritis. Ive read good reviews about chiro and digestive problems and also that they help get rid of Hiatal hernia with stomach adjustments

Yes they have - I know several on here and it has worked for them, consequently I am looking into it and have found one near me.
You will no doubt hear from these fab people very soon.

Definite YES!!!

I was totally skeptical until after a few months it made my heartburn even better and got even better after I switched from an old school type chiro to a new school who uses the depression type table to do the adjustments rather than their body(manual).

It is cheap here in Canada to see a chiro. Not sure how much it is elsewhere. It is worth a try for sure! There are a few gastritis people as well who found it helps as well.

Not for nothing, but when I was getting regular, chiro adjustments, ALL my weird ailments, including GERD/Gastritis, were kept in check. I highly recommend it. I HAVE to go back myself...
