Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
But I've been recently having a lot of nausea and irritation in my esophagus and yesterday I had about 1.5l of cabbage juice throughout the day and felt dreadful and even more nauseated. Today I woke up and still feel much worse. So sometimes it helps me other times it just makes me worse!
I use a proper juicer rather than a blender. Most of the time tastes horrible too and the smell drives my gf crazy lol.
