Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.

I noticed on Friday my stomach was getting back to normal and no longer tender to touch but I started getting cramps under my ribs yesterday, either due to stress or just maybe my medicine causing side-effects. Either way, I feel back on track.
Still getting the cramps under the ribs but not severe so I guess I spoke too soon. :/
My safety foods and other methods are not helping at all.
Could not sleep all night because of my flare which is going into today.
Trying to figure out what I changed and the only thing I changed was cutting down from carafate 3x a day to 2x a day 1.5 weeks ago.
So tired of all this.
