Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
Having gone through two Christmases with this I know how hard the temptations can be. It will get easier but try and remain strong.
you mix apples and cucumber etc with the cabbage juice raw.
(yes I tried it and it nearly killed me)but then I'm a big softy other people swear by it though and they actually did research on it on prisoners and it worked.I have also tried natural Greek fat free yogurt(total)mix that with some almond milk and some Blueberries and that's good for your tum and tastes yum!...
