It helps when you drink it with a small snack. I tried it on an empty stomach and it made me feel really sick. Also make sure is cold I tried to drink it room temperature but it tastes totally different.

i' ve been drinking coconut water now for a week now. I drink it on a empty stomach in the morning, it seems to relax the stomach and i drink it room temprature . I get mine at the Health food store some grocerie stores have it . I was told to drink 3 cups of warm coconut milk with 1/2 teasoon turmeric in it for gastritis it will reduce the inflammation. Maybe i will try that too' i got to read into turmeric first i dont want it to mess with my bloodpreasure .

I gave the coconut water a go and to be perfectly honest, while I found it delicious to drink, it really made no difference. It may be that you need to be more persistent with it though.

I use coconut water to make protein shakes and it makes them taste really good! However, I find that coconut milk calms my stomach more than the water.

i went to buy different brands of thecoconut water when i first started but the once in the can i cant drink it hurts my stomach but i read it had acid in it and 22 gr sugar per serving which is half a can ,the one in the bottle on the other hand has only 9 gr sugar per serving one bottle and no acid it costs twice as much tho ....

Ive been drinking coconut water. It is great for me. I prefer the Vita Coco brand and to drink it very cold. Its highly unlikely that it will irritate your stomach and it is very healthy too....tons of potassium.

i have nothing to lose but this pain so I'm going to try some right now. I'll start with a small amount and see how I go.

Anyone else from the UK? I noticed in a tesco that you can buy almond butter and cashew I think as well as peanut butter. I try walnuts as these oils are suposed to help because of the Omega 3 which is suposed to help inflamation.

Personally, I didn't care for coconut water. It tasted like sour yogurt and some odd fruits added. Had to plug my nose to drink, but I did get it all down in a few days. Maybe I had a bad brand?? Can't remember the brand, but I bought it in a health food store. I wouldn't buy it again, at least that brand.
