Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
Yeah I love spinach as well.Im currently trying to boost my iron with it.
I mix together cucumber, kale, beet, ginger, celery, carrot, and a little bit of apple, peach, and strawberry. Sooo good. I make a weekly batch, put it in mason jars in my fridge and drink 1 jar per day.
I try to avoid lemons, limes, and oranges when possible as they are very acidic. Also bananas tend to hurt my stomach for some reason.
To anyone considering juicing, you should definitely give it a try. It's extremely healthy and after a week or so, you will definitely notice you are feeling better, have more focus, and have more energy since you are getting all the vitamins your body needs.
I would take those ingredients out of a smoothie. Try papaya instead. Peaches I think are worse than oranges on the acid scale.
The veggies chosen are good. They create more alkaline.

This can be healed in a much shorter time if you stick to all the rules and treat any mental health issues. Also prop yourself up at night.
