Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
every bit helps but i dont think gluten will be a "bit" but a lot of help.
I had chronic back pain/neck pain with sciatica and nerve pinching u know....the whole shebang 5 years ago i did gentle walking for hours/swimming to strengthen and never took pain med for it though my pain wasnt that bad it was just chronic and couldn t take exams/study unless i did em standing...but its all gone. i used glucosamine and gentle walking and lots of swimming though but i think removing gluten would have brought the inflamation down a lot quicker...took me 2 years.that stuff is poison for chronic inflamatory diseases the more i read/study the more im sure of it.
A bet a good one could help you with your back.
