Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
Smoking is bad for Gastritis, and i'm not sure if the cookies are.
I'm actually trying Iberogast as of today. I didn't before because I heard it had alcohol, and it seemed like a contradiction to stomach issues. The booze content is actually miniscule. The instruction pamphlet says there's more alcohol in a glass of apple juice (?) than in the daily dose of Iberogast...
I will report on how it works for me.
I'm curious about Iberogast.. I get terrible bloating as a side effect of the PPI (I'm on Dexilant), so excited to see if it will help it. I hit a pretty low point last week when I bought my holiday beach dress in the maternity section. Yea!!!
I think the best way would be to drink a tea with it, there are some guides online. I will try it next week maybe!
However, I didn't notice any improvement with my gastritis, so I stopped taking it.
marijuana i think has just taken a bad wrap and so it is a no no. funny how we live in a society where everyone is constantly sucking down wine or beer, which is one of the worst drugs ever, but a little weed is so awful.
as long as you ignore all the propaganda about it, it will greatly improve your mood and should really help with your stomach. oh how i wish i could use it.
it may be the water you drink with it that helps.
water gilutes acid.
wonder why its in there to begin with
