Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.

Dizziness/lightheaded/woosie, anxiety, nausea, feeling off balanced are all some of the symptoms I've been dealing with since April 2015. I occasionally take a very low dose anxiety medication, just enough so that I can proceed throughout the day. I don't really feel dizzy but more lightheaded and off, just not well; it's difficult to put into words. It also affects my vision and then there is the brain fog. It's like my cognitive ability has slowed down.
After saying all of this I want to say be encouraged because it does get better. I've see improvement and even have moments of "normalcy" which is hopeful. I've modified my diet and take medication that is helping.
Do you guys have blood pressure issues as well related with Gastritis
