Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.

If the Gastritis ended, is it again reborn.

Indeed it can unfortunately be chronic, and yes it can keep coming back. Some triggers are food intolerance, viruses, stress, nsaids... it's a tricky business. Also, it can be autoimmune and just come and go because of that.
That being said, if it is just a temporary case of gastritis caused by h.pylori or the like and it has been treated...there is a chance it could be a one time thing. This is usually something that lasts less than a month.

NINA:- like month ago i was diagnosed mild gastritis without any pain through endoscopy.

after having 3-4 days medicines i was feeling better and now i am completely fine what i feels.

i just wanted to know how can we segregate chronic gastritis and mild

Only by waiting and seeing if it comes back. If it is not bothering you anymore, I would just go live life and see what happens in the future.

everyone is different. Just be patient and acknowledge that you are healing. It takes time. In the meantime, keep working on improving your habits and avoiding triggers. Life style changes are likely required. Read up on the disease. Don't give up and good luck.
