So my aunt bought me the zumba dance off of tv, and I do it everyday. It kills me but I still push. It is so much fun. I have always wanted to take a salsa class and I never realized how hard it would be. I give you a lot of credit for zumbaing infront of people without knowing the steps. But most of all enjoy yourself and shake it momma.

Zumba will become an obsession! Shake it!

I love Zumba! Unfortunately the class here is on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. I don't like giving up my gym time to go so I am still working on the scheduling. LOL Saturday morning is a definite Zumba day!!! Great way to start the weekend!

Good job. You might feel it, but you're also gonna notice that you will just have more and more energy as time goes.
I would like to be able to do Zumba, but I just can't move my hips like that. I've been hearing so many people doing it and loving it so I think I might try it again. I have it on the xbox kinect.

i tried it. My poor back ached so bad after I finished . Definately a lot of fun and works up a good sweat. NOt so good of you have back problems. LOL

I've thought about taking a Zumba class here in town but I am not for sure how I would feel exercising in front of others who are more fit and thin. Is there a dvd I could do at home that anyone could recommend? I have bad knees and back problems but I am able to walk 1-2 miles a day with my walking dvd at home and I do dog agility training with my dogs so I can run and move some but my knees hurt during and afterwards.
