Feeling pretty proud of myself :-) a year out May 7th... 140lbs down been stalling quite a bit lately. Joined a gym 2 weeks ago went for the first time tonight :-) first time EVER going to the gym :-) I did it!!! One hour of working out my first time :-) I've just been walking off and on for this year but I have a few friends trying to loose weight who all joined they gym and I KNOW I've been needing to do more physically... So here goes :-) Never to late to start huh?! :-)

Great for you..I personally love working out but I think it is too soon for me as I am 3 weeks out tomorrow. You look great so keep it up..

Good for you! And you may just get hooked!! I never thought I'd be one to say I love working out... but I DO!! Sometimes its hard for me to get going, but once I do... it is such a great feeling :)

So you have lost a 170 lbs in a year and didn't do much exercise? That is the second person, on this site, that I have heard this from.

Yep... I like I said just walking here and there aside form my job that requires me to be on my feet 8 hours a day. At my heavest I was 360 pounds.

Yay, you go girl. Walking in the front door of the gym can be a bigger challenge for me than actually working out. Good for you, keep it up.

congratulations i can't exercise until the end of may according to my nurse practitioner bummer because i've got my hip hop abs, zumba and my elliptical on stand by - waiting to get it done. I'm only 3 weeks out so it's still a bit early. I am sooooooooo proud of you to - I'm hoping to start at home and work my way to the gym because i'm a bit gun shy about exercising in public. So this is very encouraging to say the least. Keep up the good work.
