today I ate too much and feel horrible! will I ever learn??? 7 months out and I still have the occasional day where I do this!!! it's no longer about the idea of just too many calories like it was pre op... now it's also about feeling like poop!
I hope I'm just overreacting and overthinking it...but a few meals this week, I worry that I've overdone things. But I look at what I've eaten as it doesn't seem like much. Guess I need to really work on measuring.
