She's doing great so far.

Maybe you can cook a little more do a lttle more housework and hug her more.
But don't do all as she is going to have to start moving and groving. She needs not to sit on couch or in recliner but move or she might get a bed sore and that takes a long time to heal.
Just be there for her like it sounds like you are now.
Sorry there is only room on the bench for one but you can proudly stand behind her and root on.
