Get as much protein as possible, push fluids and walk several times during the day.
Congrats!
Not 100% sure, but probably when he said "push fluids" he maybe meant just to make sure you get in plenty of fluids.
Sounds like you are doing great! So happy for you!
My first week was rough. My second week was rough but better. And each subsequent week gets better still.

She has a ton of great ideas and resources. She loves to cook - I simply don't have the time or patience for some things, but other ideas there are very quick and easy.
I agree what we experience is not real hunger. I call it an emptiness that I "want" to fill. For years having a full stomach was comforting to me. Now I try to think of that feeling of emptiness as a good thing. Haven't quite convinced myself yet so I drink something filling instead of eating something. The feeling of fullness is very temporary but usually I have distracted myself by this time and can go a few more hours without needing that comfort fullness again.
