Is this the norm y'all since I haven't gotten this far along yet? 3 weeks out for me...
In fact Dr has never said anything about calorie restrictions. .
After one month, I was allowed peanut butter (no more than twice a week) peeled, non-citrus fruits and cooked, non-fiberous ing else. veggieshowever, I was supposed to eat 3 bites of protein for every 1 bite of anything else.
I was/am supposed to eat at least 70 grams of protein a day, lots of water, and 3 meals a day with no snacking (my surgeon has changed her program since then to allow 2 100 calorie snacks).
At 4 months, I was allowed all foods as tolerated, although I was still supposed to keep white carbs to a minimum and eat 3 bites of protein for every 1 bite of anything else.
There are so many different programsJust my opinion, but I think it is important to stick to one and not cherry-pick pieces form a bunch of different programs.
There will be so much time to eat things that taste goodIt will get better!
