Seriously even this screwed up batch was amazing!
There just are no words to describe heaven!
I really don't find them all that pricey for a Cuisinart.

if this works out I'm definately buying another cylinder.
If not, I will definately let you know.
I just want to know how it get the liquid right ahhhhhhhh
But... the question is ... can I use 2-3 cups of liquid?
However if I screw up again I will have to wait another 12 hours for the cylinder to freeze.
I was hoping to avoid that unpleasant situation.
As I said regular recipes are calling for 2-3 cups of milk.
Eggface recipes call for 1 cup. Is it possible to triple her recipes without going over the top, I wonder.
I suppose I will learn with trial and error but...
I scream for ice-cream ; )
I also get that coating on the bottom of my cuisinart. I suppose because the liquid sits on the bottom and freezes there first.
Be sure to FLUFF the milk up (if you don't have one of those milk frothers I mention in the recipes) just stick it in your blender and hit your highest setting you want to dump it in the machine super frothy (airy) then you have to use 2% milk or above... water/fat content in the milk effect height.
Tips:

If you want more double the recipe but don't bother doubling the protein powder (we only absorb so much so 2 scoops is about 44 grams-ish)
I have other people in the house who would like to try this too so i can't monopolize the machine right now.
I have another question.... Shelly and others speak to the fact that puddings make a better consistancy. So does that mean I make the pudding before I put it in or just throw the mix in and let the ice-cream maker do it's thing ?
I used an electric mixer (beaters)
I feel dumb...
So do I make the pudding and throw it in or just stir the mix in milk and put it in.
I am not a bad cook but sometimes I find when I start something like this for me it is more error than trial : (
Example of a pudding added recipe...

I did look at the recipies but I will look again maybe I missed it.
