I can't do Greek yogurt, either.
You may find that your tastes have changed. Honestly, everything tasted "off" for me for a month or 2. I didn't enjoy food at all. With that said, my program allowed refried beans and tofu after the first week but I couldn't choke them down. I ate cottage cheese, egg salad (with low-fat mao), chicken salad, & tuna salad.
Theworldaccordingtoeggface.com has lots of recipes for each stage.

Eat about the size of my thumb, small bites and slow. Does that sound right?
DOuble ck with YOUR dr, but mine told me on soft foods, the same foods you mentioned, but I weigh the tuna in a 1 ounce cup.
add your light mayo, and just take small bites with a fork, and chew good, about 20-25 times until mushy applesauce consistency.
I have one egg = 1 ounce of protein for breakfast, and usually 1 ounce of cheese melted on top, scrambled, or poached, No fat used in cooking, just olive oil cooking spray!
You'll be amazed at how good the food tastes, after being on liquids !!
Good luck, and Happy new year to you!!!

yup, I did! Reduced fast cheese is on my list for the first week, after my all fluids, so that's what MY NUT told me was ok!
I just cram my food ...ex) cheese, coldcuts, refried beans, into my little cup they gave me, and that is one ounce.
The scrambled eggs, I can have no more than 3 yolks per week, so one day I even did just the egg beaters/generic version, and I can have 2 egg whites, which is equal to ONE egg with yolk,.
Or you can poach the egg. I love cheese! SO I put it on everything, and it's a good protein source.

You are still on liquids for a few more days, right?
