It was just a question I had I dont do illegal drugs but I do take some pain relief like I said is all documented because my primary care doc and my bariactric doc got the same system and the info is shared. I was really just curious and I was afraid to as the doc because I didnt want him to think that I was using drug lol. I am very serious about getting this done so I would do anything to jeprodize it I have never been a smoker anyways but thanks for all the answers they really helped
They just want to make sure that you do not have a dependency, this does not go hand in hand with this type of surgery
My cousin was recently turned down for WLS and she was told it wasnt medically necessary. I know she has been through rehab more than once for drugs, so i suspect that was probably the reason.
There are multiple reasons for the tests and the others are correct as well.
