During that ravenous state, I so, so missed having a cheeseburger.
Now, I am able to eat regular pizza, but that is not such a good thing! :) Just because I can, doesn't mean I should!
When I get the choco crave thing, I find one of the trick or treat size bars does me for a long time. I buy a bag, eat one today, put one in my desk for 2 or 4 weeks down the road, and share the rest with my co-workers. They love me!
I find too, that as long as I stay away from the white carbs; rice, pasta, bread and potatoes, my cravings and hunger stay away as well. More than 20 grams of carbs in a day, though, and my head and stomach start begging for more.
We're lucky, there are so many low carb, high fiber options for us, so many more than there were 10 years ago when I first found out about low carb eating. Good question!!
