I use to love Chicken but now i find it don't like me, so more fish and other high protein meats. :)
I use to love Sobe waters zero calories and now i have a hard time getting them down but occasionally do.
I was never much of a milk drinker but i do drink more milk now especially with the protein mix. Its not as bad as it could of been.
I look forward to going to National Jewish once a week to weigh in it gives me encouragement and the nurses there are a great cheering squad.
And soup. I love me some soup.
I LOVE my Nectar protein and water. I used to hate water:)
