Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.

I have not had any problems with foods. I do avoid fried foods and candies.
I mostly eat the same thing every day:
Protein shake for breakfast.
Ff cottage cheese and peanut butter for lunch.
Protein and veggies for dinner.
I drink a lot of green tea, and have a skinny vanilla latte from Starbucks several times per week.
I really only eat protein, dairy, and vegetables.
