I had my sweet doc order me a air mattress... for my newly protruding bones. It has felt so great to be able to sleep and feel comfortable. Peace to you all!

your body "meat" adjusts....it gets easier and you can get comfortable again....or you just get used to it....

I solved it by taking a body pillow (4-5 ft) and folding it in a U-shape and putting it in my chair. I fluff it when I get up and the pain is gone completely! Works much better than the $50 therapy pillow I took back!
