I love this DS group. You all have been so important to me in my GBS journey! The ability to come here every day--sometimes several times a day--gave me the immediate community that I needed when this journey was hard! I plan to stay involved here for the long-term because I need you all to help me "keep it real" and not back slide into old bad habits. I'm committed to a new healthy lifestyle and to helping all of you in whatever way I can. :)
