Hey everyone! I'm three years out and did really well until the last year and a half or so. I've slowly managed to put on twenty two pounds. For most of that time I would fluctuate with about 7 pounds. 6 months ago I started working out of the home again and managed to put on the rest. Needless to say 15 pounds in 6 months is insane. Who knew I was so active in my house compared to at work. It's not necessarily my food intake but the lack of exercise and lack of getting my protein in. Well needless to say three days ago I finally weighed myself after my clothes fitting tight and seeing a picture where my face looked bloated and round. I weighed in at 160. Today is day three of a liquid diet to reset my pouch and get back on track with my protein intake. Tomorrow I will incorporate small snacks for two days and then back to normal portion size servings with actually measuring them out and not just throwing things on my plate and guessing. It's so easy to fall back into old patterns and I really don't want to go down that road again. Summer is a few months away and I want to fit into the clothes I had two years ago when I was 138.
