I hear your pain. I'm 8 weeks post-op but i had a lapband previous to this and know about weight regain.
What i've found extremely helpful is making sure i get my protein in and control the carbs. A food diary is not just helpful but for me an absolute REQUIREMENT. There are a number of food diaries available online and some are free.

Most of all don't beat yourself up - focus on how far you've come and with a little effort and focus you can get back there.
