although that sounds impressive, I am a bit disappointed with it. I have had a number of dizzy spells last couple of weeks and finally rang the Dr surgery on Friday, long discussion and it looks like my dumping has changed it's MO. anyway I was booked in for my mid year review on this coming Thursday so hopefully that will get me kick started again. they also booked an appointment with dietitian so they can kick my ass into gear.
I did get into trouble as I am not drinking much, and I know before you all kick me while I am down, the reason I went off fluids is that I have a prostrate issue and was up 5-6 times a night (waiting for an appt for urologist but that could be some time away yet, they have checked me out for cancer and all clear so no rush for them I guess) but I will be getting back into the fluids now.
hope everyone is good and has a great week, and please comment if you read I need some feedback
blessings
