Well ! I was trying to be nice to my daughter and get her something she wanted for her diet thing. She decided she wanted to be a vegetarian. Any how, I got her some wasabi peas and noticed they were really high in protein. However she didn't really like them, she said too spicey. I took a serving and I thought they were just really good, but was unable to stop grabbing them, so I did something I don't think I have ever done with good food, I threw it in the trash! Bye bye fattening peas. oh they were too good for me to pass, so they had to go. :)
I just ordered some snacks from diet direct. They have whey protein bits wrapped in cinnamon. We'll see how those are :)
Wasabi peas are not a great choice (as you know) high carb.
