Ain't it great getting into old clothes you had to hide away! I am lookin forward to shopping in the 2nd hand store and finding stuff I can actually wear!
Congratulations!
I love finding old clothes that I can wear now... I had given away most of my smaller clothes, but found a basket full of smaller ones the other day.... It was so much fun trying them on and realizing they fit....
Enjoy your new size, but don't get used to it too long... Before you know it, you will be a smaller one....
Keep up the great work... Sorry about not being able to handle all the foods.... I hope that changes... But on the rice and pasta-- have you tried brown rice or dreamfield's pasta? The white's aren't good for us anyway...
Ummmm, most of the foods causing you trouble are foods we shouldn't be eating anyway. I'm 3 years out and I won't touch bread, pasta, and rice. I can eat about 1/4 of a banana if it is with a lot of protein.
As far as the meat goes, it needs to be tender mea...usually on the rare side and a little sour cream or dressing can help make it moist enough to work. Take small bites and chew to a liquid. I don't swallow anything that doesn't chew to a liquid (yes, that means I spit some things out).
